Built From the Ground Up
Ennis Aire was founded in 2001 by Justin Waldrop with one van, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to doing things the right way. What began as a one-man, door-to-door operation soon grew into a trusted HVAC company completing CVS projects throughout Texas and across the United States.
After graduating from high school, Justin’s son, Brendon Waldrop, joined the company and helped carry the family business into its next chapter. In 2016, Ennis Aire entered the multifamily construction market, beginning a period of tremendous growth across Texas.
In the early 2020s, Ennis Aire expanded into new territories and built teams throughout the state. Today, the company has installed and warrantied more than 10,000 multifamily units and completed over 100 CVS locations.
From large-scale multifamily developments to commercial and residential projects, Ennis Aire provides complete HVAC solutions backed by proven experience, dependable service, and long-term accountability.
